These terms cover your use of the BallUp website. Using it means you accept them. If something here does not work for you, please do not use the service.
What this service is
For now this is an information site only, ahead of the BallUp app launch. The app is not yet available to download, and the content here describes a product still in development. The only action you can take on this site is joining a waitlist.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side. It does not promise access, a launch date, availability in any country, or any benefit, and it costs nothing. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time by writing to support@ballup.fun.
About the product described here
This site describes a product in development. Features, screens and dates mentioned here may change or may not happen at all. Nothing here is a commitment to deliver any particular product.
Changes and availability
We may change the service, its features or its launch date, and may discontinue it, at any time. We will try to give notice of a material change, but we do not promise uninterrupted or fault-free availability.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. A material change will be brought to your attention by email, if you joined the waitlist.
Intellectual property
The BallUp name, logo, characters, design and our content are ours. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Content you upload stays yours; by uploading it you give us permission to display it in the service in order to run it.
Liability and governing law
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it, to the extent the law permits us to limit such liability. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for personal injury.
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have jurisdiction over them.
